Data Collection: FLOW collects only the data you enter into the app — transaction entries, income settings, savings goals, and category preferences. We also collect your Apple ID identifier for authentication purposes.
Data Storage: Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) and is associated with your unique Apple ID. Only you can access your data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Data Sharing: We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal or financial data to any third parties. Your data is yours alone.
Analytics & Tracking: FLOW does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral information.
Local Storage: Some preferences (appearance, income mode, category colors) are cached locally on your device for performance. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted.
Data Deletion: You can delete all your data from within the app via Settings > App Info > Clear All Data. You may also request account deletion by contacting us.
Sign in with Apple: We use Sign in with Apple for authentication. If you choose "Hide My Email," we only receive an anonymous relay email address. We do not access your real email unless you choose to share it.
Children: FLOW is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes: We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
